Ewen Bradley is a freelance programme manager. In his most recent role Ewen deployed Workday at the Office for Students (formally the Higher Education Funding Council for England), the first Workday implementation in the UK public sector. Ewen is also working for DfE, helping to shape and deliver their Corporate Services Transformation Programme.
Prior to this Ewen worked for Northern Ireland Water and was responsible for an organisational wide transformation programme including work on a new target operating model, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. At Northern Ireland Water Ewen also develop strategies for Customer Services, IT and HR. Ewen also spent time at Kainos (digital technology company) in a wide variety of roles across sales and project delivery.
Ewen holds a degree in Computer Studies from Queen’s University Belfast and an MBA from the Open University.
